## Product Overview

GrimFolio is a three-stage creative project planning tool. Stage 1 (The Pile) is raw idea capture. Stage 2 (Build) is a spatial canvas where cards are arranged and connected. Stage 3 (Production) is a customizable widget-based command center.

Cards are the core unit — each card carries notes, status, priority, due date, tags, assignees, photos, budget lines, checklists, inspiration images, inventory assignments, and comments.

Grim is the built-in AI collaborator. She reads the full project at the start of every turn and can create cards, build checklists, generate budget lines, suggest connections, and write project summaries.
